Shipping Information
RMS Custom is a licensed firearms dealer holding a current Federal Firearms License. Rifles and shotguns may be shipped directly to RMS Custom, we recommend using either UPS or FedEx freight service providers.
Freight companies insist firearms are double packed with both an inner carton or gun case and an outer carton.
We recommend you double pack your firearm securely and insure the
shipment for its replacement value.
All firearms received at RMS Custom MUST be shipped back to the same person at the same address they are received from. Any firearm we receive improperly packed will incur an additional cost for suitable packaging when we return it to you.
